Top ten things I want the Xbox 360 to do!

So I decided to provide my Christmas list to Microsoft of things I want my 360 to do!

1.     Call my friends….I want to be in a crazy battle in MW2 and my team is just getting killed, so I hit a button my Xbox dials up Nastyback right through my headset in the middle of a game and he is in the game talking to my team and we get him to log in! How many people talk on the phone during a online game lets integrate it! Simple concept simple solution!
2.     In game Tweets…. should be a button to hit that tweets that you just pwned someone and it automatically posts! So simple yet has to be done….at the same time I want to be able to do this mid game through my headset though a voice command or a button and voice my tweet! We already have Twitter integration scheduled lets make it great!
3.    Work all the time…how can a system be so great at everything when its working yet have so many problems when it’s not. From the epic fail of RROD to the E74 what’s next….just make it work all the time!
4.     DVR…how can a game system do so much have a Hard Drive, burn games to that hard drive but not be able to have Tivo integration….if I can do it on my PC then lets integrate it to the 360!
5.    Save my settings online…..I want to be able to download my settings, i.e. playbooks in madden to anyone else’s 360. If I am at a party and some douche challenges the Attic to a game then I will step up, why should I have to spend 5 min setting my audibles’!
6.    New release downloadable games….why should I have to wait two hours in line at GameStop to get MW2 at midnight when I should have the capability to download it. The technology is their yet we still use this antiquated system of waiting in lines, I should be able to play my game at midnight exactly when it comes out lets end the waiting in line!  Here is a free one for the companies sell the discs early and don’t enable them till a unlock code is posted at midnight on twitter! Spread the disc sales out out for a week!
7.    Just come out with Natal Already!……….. I mean come on this is crazy the tech is there who care if there are no strong games for it yet let’s have the other capabilities right now! Your Microsoft you are supposed to release things before they really work (360, Every Windows…etc)
8.    Background downloads…..I should be able to download updates that affect me later in the game while I am doing other stuff, don’t force my Xbox to watch the download screen!
9.    A really great RPG on the WOW level……the internet power is there, the storage is there to support it, why not. I am missing why this has not happened. It should be perfect symmetry for someone who has problem spending too much time on his computer! Let’s put him on console in the living room. While wandering around a break is easier when you are in the same room with you family….or maybe this is why it would not work!
10.    Microsoft stepping up to the game manufactures….I think it’s about time for a system manufacturer to say enough with the crap games. The 360 is far away from the Wii but Microsoft is the only one with enough clout to say, don’t ever make another game that bad, or we will up the price of future development kits! Let’s put a stop to game companies putting out crap product Microsoft only benefits from game companies releasing good product, so it’s time to put some pressure on them to do that consistently!
